Colorno, June 20^th, 2023. We close this series with the last video dedicated to two strategic functions for Transfer Oil: Research & Development and Quality, 2 departments that work across the company directly influencing production. The R&D department is constantly engaged in the exploration of new solutions and materials in order to make Transfer Oil hoses more and more performing and reliable while the Quality department is in charge of testing and approving these solutions to certify them and make them ready for the market.



In this episode, we see our employees describing their activities and, more importantly, their responsibilities in these two areas that are critical to business growth. Tackling these tasks requires flexibility and creativity, avoiding locking oneself into rigid processes.
