Colorno, June 11^th, 2023. In the third video of the Noi di Transfer Oil series, we will have the opportunity to explore the warehouse and the M.A.R.T. (Marking, Assembling, Reeling, Testing) department. The warehouse plays an essential role in managing the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as organizing space to meet customer orders and material needs for production lines in a timely manner.
 
The M.A.R.T. department, which is the last stage of production, is in charge of various activities such as marking the hoses, winding them onto coils and reels, as well as cutting, assemblying, and, where necessary, testing and approving the hoses. Afterwards, the hoses land in the warehouse where they are packed and shipped to customers.



In this video, the focus is once again on people, who tell about how they work together, the importance of mutual help and teamwork. This synergy allows challenges to be faced constructively. The commitment and enthusiasm shown are recognized by the company through meritocratic criteria, which are not only limited to productivity, but also consider attitude and motivation.
